About BRACE:
 

What does BRACE do?
BRACE is a non-profit organisation which provides education, training and employment opportunities, programs and services for a diverse range of clients. BRACE has offices in Ballarat, Ararat, Maryborough and Horsham. Most of BRACE's business activities stem from government and private sector contracts to provide training, educational and employment services to the community.

BRACE is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). It facilitates such programs as the Job Network program, the New Enterprise Incentive Scheme, Transition to Work program and the Work for the Dole program. It also provides extensive Vocational Education and Training courses and adult literacy and numeracy classes.

BRACE is currently delivering major contracts for the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR), the Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST), Adult Community and Further Education (ACFE) and the Office of Training and Tertiary Education (OTTE).

As well as these services, BRACE has a range of non-accredited short courses which run regularly throughout the year. These short courses includes art and craft classes, photography, computer, cooking, health and wellbeing, finance and other varies classes of interest.
