Food Safety for Food Handlers
This course incorporates basic Food Hygiene principles with practical application for the workplace and home environments. Suitable for all food handlers involved in food preparation including food processors, canteens, cafes, hotels, restaurants, caterers, health and community services establishments and general households. This course is based on the training outcomes from the Hospitality training package, however it also satisfies the relevant unit of competencies from the Food Processing, Retail, Health and Community Services industries, including Child Care Accreditation.
