Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG)
This course deals with the skills and knowledge required for identifying problem gamblers and offering assistance and advice to those customers.
This is an accredited unit from the Hospitality Training Package, and participants will receive a Statement of Attainment on successful completion of this training.
This course is fully accredited with the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation, and is appropriate for anyone employed or wishing to gain employment in a gaming venue.
