Provide the Coffee Experience
This course is ideal for anyone wanting to develop skills and knowledge in making espresso coffee, for personal development and/or for employment opportunities.
Participants will develop a comprehensive level of understanding of the complete Coffee Experience. The training is interactive with lots of hands-on experience using a commercial coffee machine, as well as theory in relation to coffee culture.
On completion of the workshops the participants will have confidence to:

Prepare and serve espresso coffee

Talk about coffee

Identify different coffee types

Know the characteristics of different coffee
Delivery is aligned with the nationally accreditted unit SITHFAB012A Prepare and serve espresso coffee, from the Hospitality Training Package SIT07. A Statement of Achievement will be issued outlining the training undertaken with reference to this unit.
