Medical Terminology Course

The medical terminology course is designed for those who are either currently employed or would like to gain employment in a business administration/office environment, within the health/medical industry. Applicants need to have sound computing skills including the use of Microsoft Word and the Internet.

Within each qualification a set of eight Employability Skills must be included in training and assessment. Employability Skills are non-technical skills and competencies which are an essential part of effective and successful participation in the workplace. The eight skills are; communication, team work, problem solving, initiative and enterprise, planning and organising, self-management, learning and technology.
