What is a traineeship? Traineeships provide training relevant to the workplace that can be tailored to suit individual enterprises. Training is delivered through a partnership between BRACE, the employer and the employee and can be either on-the-job, off-the-job or a combination of both. All training is industry-endorsed and quality-accredited to a national standard.
How long does a traineeship last? Training can be completed between 12 months and three years, depending on the employment status of the trainee (full time or part time).
